Outreach and Evangelism
The primary purpose of Outreach and Evangelism is to introduce The Rock Church to the Elk Grove and Sacramento areas by maintaining a high profile at certain neighborhood and/or community events and extending invitations for special crusades, revivals, and other events by going door-to-door.
